SNOW PHOENIX

Originating from the high altitude Shangri-La Snow Mountain in Yunnan Province, this breed is the only real black-bone, black-skinned and dark meat in Chinese black-bone chicken. SNOW PHOENIX is rich in melanin,more than three times that of traditional black-bone chicken. Melanin has an antioxidant function, good nutrition, and is the first choice for supplementation. Snow Phoenix is excellent for soup but also great for stew, steamed, stir-fried, and grilled.

Our farm is regulated by the Hong Kong Agriculture, Fisheries, and Conservation Department. The veterinary team from City University of Hong Kong also regularly tests the health of SNOW PHOENIX ensuring their safety so that they can be consumed with peace of mind!

We use only premium natural, nutrient-rich feed, primarily consisting of grains, corn, and soybeans, which allows the chickens to thrive and gives SNOW PHOENIX an irresistible flavour!

  *Due to the natural growth of the chickens, each one varies in size. We try our best to deliver within the weight range as indicated. Orders cannot be cancelled on the delivery day due to the size being too large or too small. We hope for your understanding!
