Return and Exchange Policy
If you need to return or refund thegoods, please contact our customer support representatives within 2 days ofreceiving the goods and provide information such as "name","order number", "contact phone number", "returnedproduct name", "reason for return and photo". After the customersupport representatives receive the information, they will assist you inreturning or exchanging the goods.

If you need to return or exchangethe goods, please notify us immediately to arrange the return or exchange. Ifyou find any problems with the goods after receiving them, the return orexchange period cannot exceed 2 days from the date of receipt, and we will not accept returns or exchanges after 2 days.
For refrigerated products that needto be exchanged or returned, the product must be stored in a refrigerationequipment between 0-4°C.
For frozen products that need to beexchanged or returned, the product must be stored in a refrigeration equipmentat -18°C.
Please note that goods cannot bereturned or exchanged under the following circumstances:
l The goods have been consumed.
l The goods are dirty, damaged, unsealed or stained.
l The goods have exceeded the return period.
l Malicious or large-scale returns.
If the return accepted, they canexchange it for the same style of product or other products of differentprices, but they need to make up the price difference between the two and theproduct must have sufficient inventory.
Return and Exchange Guide
If you need to return or exchangethe goods, you must first call our customer service hotline or email forinquiry. We will not accept any returns or exchanges that have not beenarranged with us.
Once the refund / exchange isaccepted, we will process the refund or exchange of goods within 14 workingdays. If a refund is required, the refund will be returned to the customer'sbank account (HSBC Bank/Hang Seng Bank/ Bank of China).
We will also send relevant receiptsto customers after processing the refund as proof.
