Seasoning:
Cider vinegar 3 tablespoons
Olive oil 3 tablespoons
1. Wash lettuce and carefully tear out leaves piece by piece. Use scissors to cut leaves into round shape. Rinse with cold boiled water and drain. Place 6-8 pieces lettuce leaves around edge of serving plate. Rinse and slice tomato. Place one tomato slice in centre of each lettuce leaf to make a bowl shape. Pile up remaining lettuce and tomato on a separate plate for more servings.
2. Cut celery and carrot into small cubes, shred the cabbage. Boil adequate water in a pot, blanch cabbage and carrot then drain and wait for cooling. Peel apple and pear then dice them into pieces. Mix the celery together with diced fruits and grapes, rinse with cold boiled water then drain.
