【煮食方式】
蒜香欖油炒江西小蘆筍
材料：、江西小蘆筍 200g、蒜頭 3瓣（切片）、特級初榨橄欖油 1.5湯匙、海鹽 ½茶匙、黑胡椒碎 ¼茶匙、檸檬汁 1茶匙（可選）、帕馬森芝士碎 1湯匙（可選）
步驟：
1. 小蘆筍洗淨後，切去根部約1cm硬莖（若莖部較嫩可省略）
2. 煮一鍋沸水，加入少許鹽，放入蘆筍焯燙30秒後立即撈起，浸入冰水冷卻以保持翠綠
3. 熱鍋加入橄欖油，以中小火爆香蒜片至金黃微焦
4. 加入瀝乾的小蘆筍，轉中火快炒1-2分鐘至表面微皺
5. 撒上海鹽及黑胡椒調味，翻炒均勻
6. 起鍋前淋上檸檬汁增添風味，盛盤後可撒上帕馬森芝士碎點綴
