【煮食方式】
黃皮冰糖燉雪梨
材料：《俏姐農莊》黃皮燉冰糖 3湯匙（連果肉）、雪梨 2個（約400g）、南北杏 1湯匙、清水 800毫升、枸杞子 1茶匙
步驟：
1. 雪梨洗淨去皮去芯，切塊備用；南北杏略為沖洗
2. 燉盅內放入雪梨塊、南北杏及黃皮燉冰糖（連果肉）
3. 加入清水至蓋過所有材料，蓋上燉盅蓋
4. 隔水燉法：外鍋水滾後放入燉盅，轉中小火燉1.5小時
5. 加入枸杞子，繼續燉煮15分鐘
6. 關火後稍燜10分鐘，即可熱飲或冷藏後作為甜品享用
