【煮食方式】
茶燻雞翼佐酒拼盤(翻熱即食)
材料:茶燻無激素雞中翼1包(250克)、清水適量。
可選配搭:檸檬角2片、新鮮迷迭香1枝(裝飾用)。
步驟:
1. 準備加熱:無須解凍,從雪櫃取出整包雞翼。準備一個鍋子,注入足夠清水,水位需完全覆蓋雞翼包。
2. 隔水加熱:將整包雞翼放入鍋中,確保包裝完全浸於水中。以中火加熱至水滾。
3. 控制時間:水滾後轉小火,繼續加熱約12-15分鐘。期間可翻動雞翼包一至兩次,使受熱均勻。
4. 取出擺盤:用夾子取出雞翼包,剪開包裝,將雞翼連同滷汁倒入碟中。可搭配檸檬角及迷迭香點綴。
5. 靜置入味:讓雞翼在滷汁中靜置2-3分鐘,吸收餘溫與風味,即可享用。
