【煮食方式】
經典香妃雞配薑蔥油拌麵
材料:慢煮金牌香妃雞半隻、幼蛋麵2個、青瓜半條(切絲)、蔥花適量。
蘸醬:隨附沙薑蓉全份、熱油2湯匙、生抽1茶匙。
步驟:
1. 翻熱香妃雞:提前一天將真空包移至冷藏庫解凍。食用前燒滾一鍋水,熄火後放入整包雞肉浸泡30分鐘(確保水蓋過包裝)。
2. 準備拌麵:另煮一鍋沸水,放入幼蛋麵煮2-3分鐘至彈牙,撈起過冷河,瀝乾後鋪於碟中,旁邊放上青瓜絲。
3. 製作薑蔥油:將沙薑蓉放入碗中,燒熱2湯匙油淋上,再加入生抽拌勻成蘸醬。
