【煮食方式】
經典香妃雞配薑蔥油拌麵
材料：慢煮金牌香妃雞半隻、幼蛋麵2個、青瓜半條（切絲）、蔥花適量。
蘸醬：隨附沙薑蓉全份、熱油2湯匙、生抽1茶匙。
步驟：
1. 翻熱香妃雞：提前一天將真空包移至冷藏庫解凍。食用前燒滾一鍋水，熄火後放入整包雞肉浸泡30分鐘（確保水蓋過包裝）。
2. 準備拌麵：另煮一鍋沸水，放入幼蛋麵煮2-3分鐘至彈牙，撈起過冷河，瀝乾後鋪於碟中，旁邊放上青瓜絲。
