【煮食方式】
潮式香辣燕魚扒煮豆腐 
材料:「仟國水產」快煮燕魚扒1包(連鹹酸菜醬)、硬豆腐1塊、薑片3片、蔥段少許、清水100毫升、麻油少許。  
步驟:
1. 將燕魚扒連包裝解凍,硬豆腐切厚片備用。  
2. 熱鍋下少許油,以中小火將豆腐兩面煎至金黃,取出備用。  
3. 同一鍋中爆香薑片,放入燕魚扒(可整塊或切件)略煎兩面至微黃。  
4. 加入隨附的潮式香辣鹹酸菜醬汁,並注入清水,輕輕拌勻後以中火煮至沸騰。  
5. 將煎好的豆腐放入鍋中,轉小火燜煮約5-8分鐘,讓魚肉與豆腐充分吸收醬汁風味。  
6. 最後撒上蔥段、淋少許麻油提香,即可上桌。這道菜鹹香微辣,魚肉嫩滑入味,豆腐飽含醬汁,佐飯拌麵皆宜,十分鐘即能端出地道潮式風味!
