【煮食方式】
香煎燕魚扒配蕃茄橄欖油醬
材料：仟國水產快煮燕魚扒 1包（200-250g）、蘆筍 6-8條（切段）、檸檬 ¼個（切角）、蒜頭 1瓣（切片）、鹽及黑胡椒 少許、橄欖油 1茶匙
步驟：
1. 燕魚扒無需解凍，直接從包裝取出，保留醬料備用
2. 中火熱鍋，加入橄欖油，放入蒜片爆香至金黃後取出
3. 將魚扒放入鍋中（魚皮朝下，如有魚皮），每面煎2-3分鐘至表面微焦
4. 倒入原包裝的百里香蕃茄蓉醬料，轉小火加蓋燜煮3-4分鐘
5. 同時另起小鍋，將蘆筍焯水1分鐘或煎至翠綠
6. 將魚扒盛盤，淋上鍋中醬汁，搭配蘆筍及檸檬角即可
