Description

Hong Kong Three Yellow Chicken is plump with a full and rounded body. Its skin is of moderate thickness.  

A well-distributed higher fat content gives asucculent texture and very flavourful meat when cooked whole, especially when it is deep fried or roasted.

 

No growth hormones or steroids are added during the breeding process.

Slaughtering in the morning of delivery, ensuring fresh delivery every day!

 

The Hong Kong Agriculture, Fisheries, and Conservation Department regulates the farm. 

The veterinary team from City University of Hong Kong also regularly tests the health of the Tin Hong Chickens, ensuring their safety so that they can be consumed with peace of mind!

 

Only natural, nutrient-rich feed, primarily consisting of grains, corn, and soybeans.

 

(A full set of giblets is included with each pieceof chicken)

 

  *Due to the natural growth of the chickens, each one varies in size. We try our best to deliver within the weight range as indicated. Orders cannot be cancelled on the delivery day due to the size being too large or too small. We hope for your understanding!
