Hong Kong Premium Breed - Michelin Star Chefs' Choice!

 


Golden Plume Chicken is a premium heritage breed. Covered in golden-yellow plumage, it has a rich, fragrant flavour, and the meat is very succulent with a bouncyresilience. It has a delicious taste!

During the breeding process, we do not add any growth hormones or steroids. No antibiotics.

Slaughtering in the morning of delivery, ensuring fresh delivery every day!

 

 

Our farm is regulated by the Hong Kong Agriculture,Fisheries, and Conservation Department. The veterinary team from CityUniversity of Hong Kong also regularly tests the health of the Golden Plume Chickens, ensuring their safety so that they can be consumed with peace of mind!

We use only premium natural, nutrient-rich feed, primarily consisting of grains, corn, and soybeans, which allows the chickens to thrive and gives Golden Plume Chickens an irresistible flavour!

  *Due to the natural growth of the chickens, each one varies in size. We try our best to deliver within the weight range as indicated. Orders cannot be cancelled on the delivery day due to the size being too large or too small. We hope for your understanding!
