Fresh Local Chicken - Yuen Long Tin Hong Chicken (For CSW VMO Self-pickup; For Hong Kong Island: Delivery on THURS/SAT)

Tin Hong Three Yellow Chicken comes from Kam Tin Valley in Hong Kong.Our farm is situated in a tranquil, picturesque village at the foot of Rooster Ridge.
It is plump with a full and rounded body. Its skin is of moderate thickness.  A well-distributed higher fat content gives a succulent texture and very flavorful meat when cooked whole, especially when it is deep fried or roasted.

During the breeding process, we absolutely do not add any growth hormones or steroids. 

Slaughtering on the morning of delivery, ensuring fresh delivery every day!

Our farm is regulated by the Hong Kong Agriculture, Fisheries, and Conservation Department. The veterinary team from City University of Hong Kong and Chinese University regularly tests the health of the Tin Hong Chickens, ensuring their safety so that they can be consumed with peace of mind!

We use only premium natural, nutrient-rich feed, primarily consisting of grains, corn, and soybeans, which allows the chickens to thrive and gives Tin Hong Chicken an irresistible flavor!
