【煮食方式】
香煎鮟鱇魚柳配檸檬牛油汁
材料：紐西蘭鮟鱇魚柳2片、海鹽1茶匙、黑胡椒半茶匙、麵粉2湯匙、牛油30克、橄欖油1湯匙、蒜頭2瓣（切碎）、新鮮檸檬汁2湯匙、新鮮番芫荽適量（切碎）
步驟：
1. 將鮟鱇魚柳解凍後用廚房紙徹底吸乾水分。
2. 在魚柳兩面均勻撒上海鹽及黑胡椒，輕拍一層薄麵粉。
3. 平底鍋中加入橄欖油和一半牛油，中火加熱至牛油融化。
4. 放入魚柳，每面煎約3-4分鐘至金黃色，魚肉熟透後取出置於碟中。
5. 同一鍋中加入剩餘牛油及蒜碎，以小火炒香。
6. 加入檸檬汁煮滾，撒入番芫荽碎拌勻成醬汁。
7. 將醬汁淋在魚柳上即可享用。
