【煮食方式】
港式咖哩魚蛋
材料：石鰵魚蛋250克、咖哩磚2小塊（約30克）、蒜蓉1湯匙、洋蔥半個（切絲）、椰漿100毫升、水200毫升、魚露1茶匙、糖少許、食用油適量。

步驟：
1. 將石鰵魚蛋解凍後洗淨，用廚房紙巾吸乾表面水分。
2. 鍋中燒熱少量油，爆香蒜蓉及洋蔥絲至金黃色。
3. 加入咖哩磚以小火炒香，緩緩倒入清水攪拌至咖哩完全融化。
4. 放入魚蛋，中火煮5分鐘讓其充分吸收咖哩香味。
5. 加入椰漿、魚露和少許糖調味，轉小火慢煮3分鐘至湯汁濃稠。
6. 關火後燜2分鐘即可上碟，濃郁咖哩香氣包裹著彈牙魚蛋，完美復刻香港街頭風味！
