【煮食方式】
香脆炸魚肉春卷
材料：本地優質石鰵魚春卷250克、食用油適量（油炸用）、喼汁或甜辣醬適量（蘸醬用）。
步驟：
1. 在鍋中倒入足夠食用油，加熱至170-180°C（可用筷子測試，插入油中冒出細密氣泡即可）。
2. 將石鰵魚春卷分批放入油中，以中火炸4-5分鐘，期間用筷子輕輕翻動使其受熱均勻。
3. 炸至表面金黃酥脆後，撈起放在廚房紙巾上吸去多餘油分。
4. 如使用氣炸鍋，可將石鰵魚表面噴上薄層油，以200°C氣炸10-12分鐘，中途翻面一次。
5. 趁熱搭配喼汁或甜辣醬享用，外皮酥脆、內餡鮮嫩多汁，完美呈現港式茶餐廳風味！
