【煮食方式】

經典蒸燒賣

材料：本地優質鯪魚肉燒賣250克、生菜葉數片（鋪底用）、熟芝麻少許（裝飾用）、生抽1湯匙、麻油1茶匙、熱水2湯匙（混合成醬汁）。


步驟：

1. 將優質鯪魚肉燒賣直接排列在已鋪生菜葉的蒸碟上。

2. 蒸鍋加水煮沸，放入優質鯪魚肉燒賣以中大火蒸8-10分鐘至完全熟透。

3. 在蒸製過程中，將生抽、麻油與熱水調勻成蘸醬。

4. 燒賣蒸熟後，表面撒上少許熟芝麻增添香氣。

5. 搭配調製好的蘸醬即可享用，亦可依喜好添加辣椒醬或喼汁。
