【煮食方式】
暖心薑母桂圓紅棗茶
材料：《俏姐農莊》薑母茶2湯匙、桂圓肉10粒、紅棗5粒（去核）、清水500毫升、枸杞1小撮（可選）。
步驟：
1. 將桂圓肉及去核紅棗略為沖洗，與枸杞一同放入小鍋中。
2. 加入清水，以中火煮至沸騰後，轉小火續煮10分鐘，讓桂圓與紅棗的甜味釋出。
3. 轉至最小火，加入2湯匙薑母茶膏，持續攪拌至完全溶解。
4. 關火後蓋上鍋蓋，燜焗5分鐘，讓薑香與其他食材風味充分融合。
5. 倒入杯中即可趁熱飲用。可根據個人口味調整薑母茶用量，或加入少量檸檬片增添清新風味。
