【煮食方式】
蜜糖芥末焗少爺雞
材料：半邊嘉美少爺雞 1份（約600-700g）、蜜糖 2湯匙、第戎芥末醬 1湯匙、蒜蓉 1茶匙、生抽 1茶匙、黑胡椒 ½茶匙、橄欖油 1湯匙、新鮮迷迭香 2枝（或乾燥1茶匙）
步驟：
1. 少爺雞提前放冷藏解凍12小時，或用密封袋浸泡冷水解凍2小時
2. 用廚房紙徹底抹乾雞身表面水分，雞皮朝上放置烤盤
3. 混合蜜糖、芥末醬、蒜蓉、生抽、黑胡椒及橄欖油成醬汁
4. 將醬汁均勻塗抹在雞身兩面，醃製30分鐘
5. 預熱焗爐至200°C，雞皮朝上放入中層，旁邊放迷迭香
6. 焗烤25-30分鐘至表皮金黃酥脆（最後5分鐘可調高至220°C上色）
7. 取出靜置5分鐘後斬件，淋上烤盤內醬汁即可
