【煮食方式】  
清蒸本福鯧
材料：本福鯧1條（約970克）、薑片20克、蔥2根、生抽2湯匙、食用油1湯匙、少許糖及胡椒粉
步驟：  
1. 將魚清洗乾淨，於魚身兩面劃上淺刀口，幫助均勻受熱。  
2. 在魚盤上鋪放薑片，置上魚後再撒上部分蔥段。  
3. 蒸鍋加水煮沸，放入魚盤以大火蒸約12-15分鐘（視魚身厚度調整），用筷子能輕鬆穿透魚肉即代表熟透。  
4. 取出後倒去多餘水分，撒上剩餘蔥絲。  
5. 小鍋加熱食用油至微滾，淋於魚身，最後拌勻生抽與少許糖及胡椒粉，沿盤邊淋上醬汁即可。
