【煮食方式】
金蒜瀨尿蝦乾蒸豆腐
材料：瀨尿蝦乾30克、嫩豆腐1盒、蒜頭5瓣（切末）、蔥花適量、生抽1.5湯匙、麻油1茶匙、糖少許、食用油1湯匙。
步驟：
1. 將瀨尿蝦乾用清水浸泡10分鐘至稍軟，瀝乾後切碎備用。
2. 嫩豆腐切厚片，整齊鋪於蒸碟上，表面輕輕撒上少許鹽。
3. 熱鍋下油，以小火爆香蒜末至金黃，加入瀨尿蝦乾碎炒出香氣。
4. 將炒香的蝦乾蒜末均勻鋪在豆腐表面。
5. 準備蒸鍋，水滾後放入豆腐，以中火蒸8-10分鐘。
6. 取出後淋上生抽、麻油及糖調成的醬汁，撒上蔥花即可。豆腐滑嫩搭配蝦乾鹹鮮，層次豐富，佐飯極佳！
