【煮食方式】
港式咖喱牛肉丸燴烏冬
材料：[本地製造] 牛肉丸 300g、烏冬 2包、洋蔥 半個（切絲）、日式咖喱磚 2小塊、蒜頭 2瓣（切片）、食用油 1湯匙、清水 400毫升、椰漿 50毫升（可選）
步驟：
1. 牛肉丸解凍後，在表面輕劃十字刀花，幫助入味
2. 煮一鍋沸水，放入烏冬煮散後撈起，過冷河備用
3. 熱鍋下油，爆香蒜片及洋蔥絲至軟身透明
4. 加入牛肉丸略炒至表面微焦，倒入清水煮滾
5. 轉中小火，加入咖喱磚攪拌至融化，燜煮10分鐘
6. 加入烏冬翻煮2分鐘至吸收醬汁，最後淋上椰漿拌勻即可
