【煮食方式】
紅蝦乾蒸肉餅

材料：本地紅蝦乾20克、豬絞肉250克、冬菇2朵（浸軟切粒）、馬蹄2粒（切碎）、蔥花適量、生抽1茶匙、糖半茶匙、麻油半茶匙、胡椒粉少許、生粉1茶匙

步驟：
1. 將紅蝦乾用清水浸泡15分鐘至軟身，瀝乾後切碎備用
2. 豬絞肉加入生抽、糖、麻油、胡椒粉及生粉，順時針方向攪拌至起膠
3. 加入切碎的紅蝦乾、冬菇粒及馬蹄碎，繼續攪拌均勻
4. 將混合好的肉餅材料平鋪在蒸碟上，輕輕壓實
5. 蒸鍋水煮沸後，放入肉餅，以中火蒸約12-15分鐘
6. 取出後撒上蔥花，淋上少許熟油即可
