【煮食方式】
奶油蘑菇煙肉燴麵
材料：急凍新鮮蘑菇麵 1包（2人份）、煙肉 4片（切小塊）、洋蔥 ¼個（切碎）、蒜頭 1瓣（切碎）、淡奶油 100毫升、雞湯 150毫升、帕馬森芝士碎 2湯匙、橄欖油 1湯匙、新鮮番茜 適量（切碎）、黑胡椒及鹽 少許
步驟：
1. 蘑菇麵無需解凍，直接放入沸水中煮3-4分鐘至軟身，撈起瀝乾備用
2. 熱鍋下橄欖油，以中火煎香煙肉至金黃脆身，取出備用
3. 原鍋爆香洋蔥碎及蒜碎至軟身透明
4. 加入雞湯及淡奶油煮滾，轉小火煮5分鐘至醬汁略為濃稠
5. 放入煮好的蘑菇麵及煙肉，拌勻煮1-2分鐘至吸收醬汁
6. 撒上帕馬森芝士碎、黑胡椒及鹽調味，上碟後以番茜碎裝飾
