【煮食方式】
家常蕃茄薯仔鯪魚湯麵
材料：銀杏館蕃茄薯仔水塘鯪魚湯 1包（400ml）、新鮮幼麵150克、蔬菜（如小白菜或菠菜）100克、蒜片1茶匙、蔥花少許、清水200毫升（可依喜好調整濃度）

步驟：
1. 將蕃茄薯仔水塘鯪魚湯整包倒入鍋中，加入200毫升清水，以中小火加熱至微滾。
2. 另備一鍋沸水，放入幼麵煮約3分鐘至軟熟，撈起瀝乾備用。
3. 同一鍋沸水中快速焯燙蔬菜約1分鐘，取出瀝乾。
4. 湯鍋中加入蒜片輕拌，轉小火保持溫度。
5. 將煮好的幼麵與蔬菜放入湯碗中，緩緩倒入熱騰騰的鯪魚湯。
6. 撒上蔥花點綴，即可享用。
