【煮食方式】
法式香草焗花鱸魚扒
材料:[楊氏]本地速凍花鱸魚扒 1包(300g)、新鮮迷迭香及百里香各1束、蒜頭3瓣(切片)、檸檬半個(切片)、橄欖油2湯匙、海鹽及黑胡椒適量、小型薯仔2個(切塊,可選)
步驟:
1. 將花鱸魚扒解凍後洗淨,用廚房紙巾徹底吸乾水分,兩面均勻抹上海鹽及黑胡椒。
2. 在烤盤上鋪上檸檬片、蒜片及部分香草,放上魚扒,再淋上橄欖油並擺放剩餘香草。
3. 可將切塊薯仔拌入少許橄欖油及鹽,放置魚扒旁一同烘烤。
4. 預熱烤箱至200°C,將烤盤放入焗約15-18分鐘,至魚肉熟透且表面微金黃。
5. 取出後擠上少許新鮮檸檬汁,即可搭配薯仔及蔬菜享用。
