【煮食方式】
螺頭花膠燉雞湯

材料：美國野生黃螺頭、急凍花膠 150g（約3-4片）、新鮮雞 1隻（約1.2kg，切塊）、豬展 200g（切塊）、紅棗 8粒（去核）、薑 4片、清水 2500毫升、米酒 1湯匙

步驟：
1. 黃螺頭提前以清水浸泡解凍，清洗乾淨備用；花膠沖洗後切塊
2. 雞及豬展汆水去除血沫，撈起沖洗乾淨
3. 燉盅內放入所有材料（黃螺頭、花膠、雞、豬展、紅棗、薑片）
4. 加入清水及米酒，蓋上燉盅蓋
5. 大火煮滾後轉小火，慢燉約3小時至湯色金黃、食材軟腍
6. 最後加入少許鹽調味即可飲用
