【煮食方式】

椒鹽酥炸軟殼龍蝦

材料：軟殼龍蝦2隻（約300克）、蒜蓉2湯匙、辣椒碎1茶匙、蔥花適量、椒鹽粉1茶匙、生粉3湯匙、食用油適量。

步驟：

1. 將軟殼龍蝦解凍後洗淨，用廚房紙巾徹底吸乾水分。

2. 在龍蝦表面均勻沾上薄層生粉，靜置3分鐘讓粉質附著。

3. 鍋中倒入足夠食用油，加熱至180°C（油面泛起細密油紋）。

4. 放入龍蝦炸2-3分鐘至外殼金黃酥脆，撈起瀝油。

5. 另起鍋用少量油爆香蒜蓉、辣椒碎，加入炸好的龍蝦快速翻炒。

6. 撒上椒鹽粉和蔥花拌勻即可上碟，外酥內嫩的龍蝦佐以椒鹽辛香，完美展現港式風味！
