【煮食方式】
豉油皇蒸石䱽魚
材料:本地速凍優質石䱽魚1000g 1條、薑 5-6片(部分切絲)、蔥 2條(切絲)、特級生抽 2湯匙、老抽 ½湯匙、砂糖 1茶匙、麻油 1茶匙、食用油 2湯匙、滾水適量

步驟:
1. 將石䱽魚徹底解凍後清洗,用廚房紙吸乾水分,在魚身兩面斜切三刀
2. 碟上放薑片墊底,放上石䱽魚,魚面鋪上部分薑絲
3. 蒸鍋加水煮沸,放入魚碟,大火蒸約8-9分鐘(以筷子能穿透魚肉為準)
4. 蒸煮期間將生抽、老抽、砂糖及麻油混合加熱成豉油皇醬汁
5. 取出蒸好的石䱽魚,倒去多餘魚汁,鋪上蔥絲及剩餘薑絲
6. 將食用油燒熱至微煙,均勻淋在蔥絲上,最後淋上熱豉油皇醬汁
