Description

成份:龍崗雞、醬油、生抽、老抽、冰糖、玫瑰露酒   
份量:半隻雞 約450克   
保存方法:於0-4度雪櫃內冷藏,可放七天; 於零下-18度冷凍,可放六個月。  

加熱方法: 
-(推薦使用)先將太爺雞放置在0-4度雪櫃中解凍24小時。食飯前,連真空袋放入滾水內翻熱20分鐘。 
- 如未解凍,將雪藏的太爺雞,連真空袋放入滾水內翻熱35分鐘(電磁爐),30分鐘(明火)。
