Beetroot Vegetable Soup

Ingredients (6 servings)

Beetroot         2 pcs

Cabbage         1/2 pc

Celery     1 stalk

Tomato   2 pcs

Carrot     1/2 pc or 1 pc

Potato    1 pc

Corn cob         1 pc, sliced

Water     3 liters

 

Seasoning:

Salt         adequate amount

Procedures

1. Peel off potato skin, cut beetroot, celery, tomato and red carrot into cubes, cut cabbage into strips and corn cob into slices.

 

2. Put all vegetables into a pot and add water.  When boiling, turn to mild-heat and cook for 30 minutes.

 

3. Add adequate amount of salt.  Serve.
