【煮食方式】
芫茜鮮蝦雲吞撈麵
材料：
《魚菜工房》芫茜麵2個、鮮蝦雲吞6-8粒、新鮮芫茜少許（裝飾用）、清雞湯300毫升、蔥花適量。調味料：蠔油1茶匙、麻油數滴。  
步驟：
1. 準備一鍋沸水，放入芫茜麵煮約4-5分鐘，期間輕輕攪拌使麵條鬆散。煮至麵條軟硬適中後，撈起過冷河，瀝乾備用。  
2. 同一鍋水中放入鮮蝦雲吞，以中火煮至浮起（約3-4分鐘），撈起瀝乾。  
3. 將清雞湯加熱至微沸，加入蠔油拌勻成湯汁。  
4. 將已瀝乾的芫茜麵置於碗中，鋪上鮮蝦雲吞，淋上熱湯汁，再滴入麻油增香。  
5. 最後撒上新鮮芫茜碎及蔥花點綴，即可享用。
